Corporate Learning Survey Breakfast Event

This year we had the biggest response ever to our Corporate Learning Survey. 439 of you completed the survey – so the findings are truly robust!

Please put 23 February 2016 in your diary to join a group of senior directors and expert faculty to discuss the results of Henley’s Corporate Learning Survey.

A panel of senior faculty members from Henley Business School will offer different perspectives on the findings.

The panel will include:

• Professor Nick Holley, Henley Centre for HR Excellence
• Dr Patricia Bossons, Henley Centre for Coaching and Behavioural Change
• Steve Ludlow, Head of Executive Education
• Lena Ubhi, Head of Talent, Learning & Diversity, CBRE Ltd

A detailed report will be sent out early next year, but as a sneak preview: the key management and talent objectives for 2016 will be retaining talent and building employee engagement, with increased emphasis on succession planning. The biggest organisational challenges over the next three years will be the effectiveness of management teams and the development of organisation-wide leadership capability.
